Alain Quême, also known as Alan Braxe, is a French electronic music artist. He scored a major hit in 1998 with "Music Sounds Better With You," a track co-written by Thomas Bangalter of Daft Punk and Benjamin Diamond under the name Stardust. In 2005, an album, The Upper Cuts collected Alan's singles to date, most of which were done with co-producer and bass player Fred Falke on Bangalter's Roulé label. Alan Braxe mostly made highly acclaimed remixes after the release of The Upper Cuts. Most recently for Annie: Heartbeat (Alan Braxe Remix), Röyksopp: Only This Moment (Alan Braxe and Fred Falke Remix) and John Lord Fonda: So Far Away (Alan Braxe Remix). Alan Braxe is also the cousin of DJ Falcon (Stephane Quême).
